Warranty of Installation
All labor and installation of your roof is covered by a Limited Warranty. The length of a warranty varies by type of material installed, from 1-Year for shingles up to 5- and 10-Years for clay tile or stone slate. Our warranty covers any damage caused by a fault of the method of installation and shall be repaired free of charge. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by “Acts of God,” defined as any naturally occuring phenomena inflicted upon the roof beyond the scope of its intended use. This may include, but is not limited to: hurricane or tornado damage, falling trees or tree limbs, and insect or animal infestation. The warranty also does not cover any damage caused by an action of the home/business owner or from a 3rd party service, such as for satellite installation. Warranty of Materials
All materials are covered by their respective manufacturers. Warranties vary by manufactuer, even between similar products. DACA is not liable for any damages resulting from faulty materials.
